Scriptural Readings
2 Timothy 3:16 "All Scripture
is given by inspiration of God"
Matthew 18:1-7

"1. The disciples came to Jesus and asked, Who is the greatest in the Kingdom of heaven?  2. And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the middle of them. 3. And said, truly I say unto you, Except you be converted, and become as little children you will not enter into the kingdom of heaven. 4  Whoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. 5. And whoever will receive one such little child in my name receives me.  6. But whoever shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it  were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.  7. Woe unto the world because of offences!  for offences will come; but woe to that man by whom the offences comes!"

Matthew 19:30

"Many that are first, will be last; and the last will be first"

Luke 7:28

Luke 14:12

John 9:1-41

1. And as He passed by, He saw a man blind from birth. 2. And His disciples asked Him, saying, "Rabbi who sinned, this man or his parents, that he should be born blind?"  3. Jesus answered, "it was neither that this man sinned or his parents; but it was in order  that the works of God might be displayed in him".

1 Corinthians 1:25-29

'25. The foolishness of God is wiser than men's knowledge; and the weakness of God is stronger than men's strength. 26. For you know your calling brethren how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble are called: 27. But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God has chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; 28. and the basic things of the world, and the things which are despised, has God chosen, yes, even the things which are not accepted, to bring to nothing the things that are accepted. 29. That no person should boast in God's presence".

1 Corinthians 12: 10

"For when I am weak, then am I strong"

1 Corinthians 12:20-27

'19. But now are there many members, yet one body. 20. And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of you, or again the head to the feet, I have no need of you. 22. No, much more are those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary: 23. And those members of the body, which we think to be less honorable, upon these we bestow much abundant honor; and our unattractive parts have more  abundant beauty. 24 For our attractive parts have no need: but God hath molded the body together, having given more abundant honor to the parts which are weak: 25 That there should be no division or discrimination in the body; but that the members should have the same care for one another.  And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honored, all the member rejoice with it.  27. Now you are the Body of Christ, and members in particular".

made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some"

Matthew 21:14-16

"The blind and the lame came to him at the temple, and he healed them.  But when the chief priest and the teachers of the law saw the wonderful things he did and the children shouting in the temple area, "Hosanna to the Son of David", they were indignant.  Do you hear what these children are saying?"  they asked him. "Yes, "replied Jesus, "have you never read, "from the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise."

Mark 10: 13-16

"People were bringing little children to Jesus to have him touch them, but the disciples rebuked them.  When Jesus saw this, he was indignant.  He said to them, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.  I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it,"  And he took the children in his arms, put his hands on them and blessed them."

Exodus 4:10-12
10 But Moses pleaded with the Lord, “O Lord, I’m not very good with words. I never have been, and I’m not now, even though you have spoken to me. I get tongue-tied, and my words get tangled.” 11 Then the Lord asked Moses, “Who makes a person’s mouth? Who decides whether people speak or do not speak, hear or do not hear, see or do not see? Is it not I, the Lord? 12 Now go! I will be with you as you speak, and I will instruct you in what to say.”
